A shout-out to the MMS team for winning first place in the regional Odyssey of the Mind Competition this past weekend and advancing to the state level. Team members include seventh graders Taran Santoshi, Ian Lee, Liam Furey, Linnea Engman, Sophia Lariviere, Evan Snyder, and 5th grader Anna Lee (Washington Elem.)
Twenty-five teams from Lebo competed in the Western PA Odyssey of the Mind tournament with hundreds of other teams from the region. Good luck at the state competition- which will be held April 6th at the Pocono Mountains School
District. Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving program where team members present their solutions at a competition to a predefined long-term problem that takes many months to complete and involves writing, design, construction, and theatrical performance. There were 25 teams from LEBO competing against hundreds of other students in the region.
