MMS students win honorable mention in the Shakespeare Monologue and Scene contest
Congratulations to our MMS students who received an honorable mention in this year's Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest! Over 700 students from more than 60 schools and organizations entered the contest and had a chance to perform on the stage at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre.
Honorable mentions went to the following students:
Colin Bozick (Brutus) Julius Caesar
Even Dyrud (Orlando) As You Like It
Freyja Dyrud (Julia) Two Gentlemen of Verona
Congratulations also go out to the following brave MMS students who took a chance and participated: Evangeline Tan, Violet Weber, Carly Jox and Vivian McMahon.
The students were all offered a workshop by an actor from the Pittsburgh Public theatre.
